Recently, David showed a condo that belongs to him and Annie. He gave a house tour to netizens to let them know that he had become an expat to sell the property. The condo comes with two bedrooms situated in the Wongamat beach area. The reality star is expecting 3.89 million Thai Baht out of it.
David further informed everyone that the property is on the second floor and covers 65.5 sq. meters. Annie and David decided to give away the stunning latest washing machine model with the condo to the new owner. They have also added an RO and UV water system to the list as a token of gratitude.
The condo comes with the biggest facilities, as it is close to the Sanctuary of Truth and has a gym and swimming pools. The security runs 24/7, and there is an office to fulfill the condo’s maintenance needs.
